  • CAN I ORDER A CAKE FOR PICK-UP TODAY?
    Yes. All regular size Carrot Cakes and Specialty Cakes are available DAILY. However, we do not guarantee availability until an order has been confirmed.
  • DO YOU DELIVER?
    Customers will handle the booking and payment for a delivery courier. You may use our recommended couriers for pick-up. LALAMOVE GRAB MOVE IT Simply book from the courier of your choice, arrange the pick-up of your order from our location and deliver it to your desired destination.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    Carrot Cake Manila accepts payments made online through GCash, BPI, and BDO Bank transfer. However, we are working to expand our payment channels to include all major credit and debit cards as soon as possible, so stay tuned for updates on this. We strive to make the payment process as convenient and secure as possible for our customers, and if you have any questions or concerns about payment methods, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

    To book for pick-up at Carrot Cake Manila, you can use the following apps: LALAMOVE GRAB MOVE IT When booking, please make sure to include your Order Number so that we can easily track your order.   • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
    For our regular size Carrot Cakes and Specialty Cakes, although it is available daily, we still recommend placing your order at least a day in advance of your pick-up date. We do not guarantee availability until an order has been confirmed.
  • WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY CAKE?
    We recommend you enjoy all cakes within 72 hours of purchase. If you are planning to eat your cake on the day of delivery, keep it in a cool, dry place. If you are serving your cake the next day, keep it refrigerated but for best results remember to give it at least two hours to stand at room temperature before serving. TIP: There is no denying that cakes taste best right out of the oven. However, you can have your stored Carrot Cake and eat it in the next few days — by reheating it in your microwave for about 15-30 seconds on high.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
    Please be aware that we manage a heavy production schedule and last minute cancellations cannot always be accommodated due to the amount of planning and work that goes into each order prior to even baking. Cancellations are permitted only when made at least 2 days prior to the pick-up date. Refunds are offered in accordance with your agreement.
  • WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
    Our aim is to provide all of our customers with fantastic cakes and great service. Each complaint is considered by management on a case by case basis. We aim to resolve the complaint in a fair and even-handed manner, taking into account the concerns of both the customer and the baker. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us at office.carrotcakemanila@gmail.com or message us on our Facebook or Instagram page with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of receipt of the cake. Any complaint received over 72 hours after the cake is delivered cannot be accommodated. If there is a clear problem with the cake, we do apologize and will do our best to correct the error. If we are unable to correct the error, we will aim to discuss and agree the appropriate discount for the circumstances in good faith. Please do keep in mind that there may be slight differences in terms of look from the images on the product page. This is due to the fact that all our cakes are hand-made from scratch and therefore there might be slight variations. Therefore slight differences in the look of the cake to the images on the website will not alone constitute a reason for a discount.
